Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces pancetta, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 pint Brussels sprouts
- 1 - lemon
- - salt, to taste
How To Make brussels sprouts with pancetta and walnuts

Step 1Separate the Brussels sprouts into individual leaves, trimming the bottom and pulling the leaves off until you have a pile of leaves.

Step 2Add the oil to a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the pancetta and cook about 6 minutes until the pancetta is crisp.

Step 3Add the Brussels leaves cover and cook until the Brussels are wilted.

Step 4Uncover and continue to cook until the Brussels are browned. Add the juice of the lemon. Taste and season with salt.
