- 1/2 pound bacon chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter salted or unsalted
- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
How To Make brussels sprouts with bacon

Step 1Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and reserve the bacon grease in the skillet.

Step 2Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir to coat them with the bacon grease and butter. Cook until golden brown and fork tender.
