Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary minced
- salt and pepper
- APPLE CIDER CHILE BUTTER SAUCE
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 small shallot minced
- 1 teaspoon espelette pepper powder or your favorite chili powder favorite chili
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
How To Make brussels sprouts w apple cider chile butter sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the brussels sprouts with olive oil and rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.

Step 2While the brussels are roasting make the sauce. Place the apple cider, shallot and chile powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to about 1/4 cup. Add the butter whisking constantly. Taste and season ;with salt and pepper.
