Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

How To Make brussels sprouts salad

  • Step 1
    Toast the pecans in a dry pan. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Trim the Brussels sprouts and pass them through a food processor fitted with a slicing disk.
  • Step 3
    Add the olive oil to a saucepan. Add the Brussels, red onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until the Brussels sprouts are bright green and a bit wilted.
  • Step 4
    Remove from the heat and add the pecans and cranberries, and enjoy.
