- 1 bag fresh Brussels sprouts about a pound
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- salt and pepper
How To Make brussels sprouts in buttery pecan sauce

Step 1Heat a pot of heavily salted water to a rolling boil. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut an X in the bottom of each one. Place in boiling water and boil for about 15 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the pecans and vinegar. Cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Drain the Brussels sprouts and pour the pecan sauce over top.
