Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, grated
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 small shallot
- salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- lemon wedge
How To Make brussels salad

Step 1Place the grated Brussels sprouts in a large bowl.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk the lemon juice, mustard, shallot, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.

Step 3Pour over the Brussels sprouts and let sit for at least 30 minutes or more.

Step 4Serve with the cheese and pine nuts on top and a lemon wedge to squeeze on top.
