Step 1cut end off and cut each brussell sprout in half and place in bowl

Step 2add enough evoo (extra virgin olive oil) to coat, add old bay seasoning to taste or any seasoning you like .

Step 3Stir fry until desired tenderness. Add alittle butter and soy sauce to taste
