How to Make Brussel Sprouts


  1. First you want to blanch them so the centers cook easier in the skillet. Which is boiling them until the get rich in color.
  2. Now you need to add butter and evoo in a skillet and add your brussel sprouts after the butter melts. Cook them until they carmelize on the outside they look burnt but they taste incredible. At the end add you salt and pepper.
