Ingredients
- 2 packages brussel sprouts, frozen
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 6 slices bacon diced (or streaky rashers)
How To Make brussel sprouts with streaky rashers
-
Step 1Boil the brussel sprouts in water until fork tender.
-
Step 2Meanwhile, saute the bacon (known as streaky rashers in Ireland) and onion in a skillet.
-
Step 3When brussel sprouts are tender, drain well and dump into the pan with the onions & bacon. Saute a bit and serve. This recipe is totally flexible. Add more or less of the ingredients to suite your tastes.
