- 2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 1.2 pounds bacon, cut lardons (rectangle pieces)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make brussel sprouts with bacon

Step 1In a large stir fry pan, cook bacon pieces on medium high heat. When bacon is crisp, carefully soak up as much bacon grease possible with paper towels and tongs. Add brussel sprouts to the pan and stir fry everything for 5 minutes or until brussel sprouts begin to brown. Transfer to oven proof dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy!
