- 1 quart brussel sprouts
- 1 small granny smith apples
- 4 slices thick cut peppered bacon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make brussel sprouts

Step 1wash sprouts, cut in halces and core. slice the haves into ribbons and set aside.

Step 2wash and peel apple. dice fairly small.

Step 3fry bacon until well crisp. remove with slotted spoon when cool, crumble. in remaing fat, fry the apple til tender-crisp and then add shredded sprouts. cook until sprouts and apple are tender, stir in vinegar. season to taste and stir in or sprinkle crumbled bacon on sprouts.
