How to Make brussel sprouts
- wash sprouts, cut in halces and core. slice the haves into ribbons and set aside.
- wash and peel apple. dice fairly small.
- fry bacon until well crisp. remove with slotted spoon when cool, crumble. in remaing fat, fry the apple til tender-crisp and then add shredded sprouts. cook until sprouts and apple are tender, stir in vinegar. season to taste and stir in or sprinkle crumbled bacon on sprouts.
