1wash sprouts, cut in halces and core. slice the haves into ribbons and set aside.
2wash and peel apple. dice fairly small.
3fry bacon until well crisp. remove with slotted spoon when cool, crumble. in remaing fat, fry the apple til tender-crisp and then add shredded sprouts. cook until sprouts and apple are tender, stir in vinegar. season to taste and stir in or sprinkle crumbled bacon on sprouts.
