I have been wanting something different when I make porkchops. I had a bag of carrots, some rasins and brown sugar, I decided to make up a nice little side dish to go along with my fried Porkchops. Hope you will like them as much as my family has. Enjoy!
Pre-Heat Oven *350.
peel and wash one bag of carrots (1 lbs)
Place carrots in an oven safe dish, slice up butter and place ontop of carrots.
mix brown sugar,salt and pepper, in a bowl.
Sprinkle spices over carrots.
cover with tinfoil, and bake for one hour.
