- 1 pound fresh green beans
- salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make brown butter green beans

Step 1Snip or cut the ends of the green beans off. Get a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook in rolling boiling water for 1 minute.

Step 2Drain and place in an ice bath. Place the butter in a sauté pan and cook over medium-low heat until the butter turns brown. Add the green beans in batches and sauté in the brown butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat until all the beans are cooked.

Step 3Season with sea salt.
