broiled cheesy cauliflower
(1 RATING)
The cheesy broiled topping for this recipe was inspired by a local restaurant's recipe for cheesy garlic bread. I tried this for my children, nieces and nephews to get them to eat Cauliflower and Broccoli...they love it. Of course, it's wonderful for cheesy garlic bread to serve with a main course salad. All I can tell you is; everything is good with this broiled topping on it.

-
Step 1While a large pot of salted water heats to a boil; trim the stock and leaves careful to leave the whole cauliflower in tact.
