Ingredients
- 1 large bunch broccoli
- 1 - garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons roasted peppers, diced
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped marjoram or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- - salt
- - freshly ground black pepper
How To Make broccoli with roasted peppers

Step 1Cut the broccoli into fairly large flowerets; peel the stems and cut into spears or rounds.

Step 2Steam it, and while it steams prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3When the broccoli is cooked, warm some water in a large pan and add the sliced garlic.

Step 4Then add the steamed broccoli, peppers, marjoram, salt, pepper and parsley.

Step 5Saute over lively heat until everything is warmed. Serve warm.
