Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make broccoli with rigatoni

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.

Step 2In a large skillet, heat butter and oil. gently brown garlic. Add broccoli and saute gently for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Add broth, cover and simmer until broccoli is tender. Toss the broccoli mixture with the basil and cooked pasta. Serve with parmesan on top.
