Ingredients
- 3 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- salt, to taste
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
How To Make broccoli with mustard sauce

Step 1Place a large pot of water on the stove. Add salt and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 2While the broccoli cooks add the butter and shallots in a skillet, and cook for about 2 minutes. Mix in the flour. Slowly pour the milk into the butter mixture.

Step 3Cook until thickened. Add the mustard, sugar and celery salt. Drain the broccoli and pour the mustard sauce over top.
