- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 medium shallot diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make broccoli with creamy parmesan sauce

Step 1Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water. Drain and keep warm.

Step 2Place butter in large skillet. Add shallot and cook 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in flour. Slowly whisk in milk.

Step 3Add the cream cheese cubes and cook until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
