broccoli souffle
This is one of my personal favorites. It is easy to make and an impressive soufflé. A wonderful side dish and great for holiday meals.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 4 - eggs, separated
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make broccoli souffle

Step 1Cook broccoli and drain well then mash.

Step 2Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.

Step 3Combine all ingredients.

Step 4Pour into a greased casserole dish.

Step 5Set casserole dish in a pan of hot water and place in the center of oven.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Step 7Note: Use Miracle Whip not mayonnaise.
