This is one of my personal favorites. It is easy to make and an impressive soufflé. A wonderful side dish and great for holiday meals.

frozen broccoli
eggs, separated
1 c
grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c
miracle whip
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup

How to Make Broccoli Souffle


  • 1Cook broccoli and drain well then mash.
  • 2Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
  • 3Combine all ingredients.
  • 4Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • 5Set casserole dish in a pan of hot water and place in the center of oven.
  • 6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • 7Note: Use Miracle Whip not mayonnaise.
