Broccoli Salad with Raisins

Susan Bickta

I got this recipe from a friend way back in 1978! Sometimes when I make it, I "mix it up" by using a combination of broccoli and cauliflower and adding some toasted walnuts.

How to Make Broccoli Salad with Raisins

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, raisins, onion, bacon and cheese. Toss gently to combine.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. (At this point, I taste the dressing and adjust to my taste.)

  4. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
