Ingredients
- SALAD FIXINS; MIX TOGETHER AS FOLLOWS
- 4 C - fresh broccoli florets
- 2 lg - crisp red apples chopped or diced
- 2 C - red or green grapes
- 1/2 C - sunflower seeds
- 1/2 C - red onion, sliced thin
- SALAD DRESSING AS FOLLOWS:
- 1/2 C - mayonaise (lite mayo is ok) see note
- 2 TBS - sugar or splenda granules,
- 2 - 3 TBS - apple cider or red wine vinegar
- WHISK DRESSING TOGETHER, TOSS IN WITH SALAD FIXINGS, SERVE OR CHILL
- - strawberries or any berry can be added
- NOTE: - can sub plain yogurt for mayo
- - brn sugar, or splenda, can sub for sugar

Step 1Wash all salad fixings, Drain well on paper towel of all excess moisture. Place in a Large bowl. cut small bite size Broccoli florets, Dice apples with peels, slice red onion thin. add Grapes and seeds toss well. OPTIONAL: added berrys of ay type makes this salad extra Perfect, and colorful.

Step 2Mix dressing, as above. Pour over Salad fixings and toss well. Serve Imediately or Chill until ready to serve.
