Ingredients

  • 1 bunch
    broccoli washed n drained- cut off flowerets
  • 6 large
    hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green onion
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    spanish olives
  • ·
    mayonnaise

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Use only the flowerets of the broccoli.( sometime I use it all to make for a bigger batch)
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add just enough mayonnaise to moisten. Let stand for one day, refrigerated. ( Just make the night before).
