There are a lot of broccoli/rice/ cheese recipes out there. This is an original from the 70s. One suggestion is to mix all ingredients while the rice and broccoli are hot.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 sticks chopped celery
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 - 8 oz boxes chopped broccoli cooked per directions
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 - 6 ounces jar cheez whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli rice cheese casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Saute onions, celery, and garlic in butter until onions are translucent.

Step 2Prepare rice and broccoli as directed.

Step 3Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spread mixture in 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
