broccoli rice casserole

A family favorite. It's so very unhealthy that even the kids and men will eat it. This is good but rarely made for obvious reasons. My left arm is going numb.

Ingredients
- 2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 packages chopped broccoli, partially thawed
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar cheese whiz
How To Make broccoli rice casserole

Step 1Melt butter in a large frying pan and saute onion and celery until soft but not browned.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9X13" casserole.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 1 hour, uncovered.
