A family favorite. It's so very unhealthy that even the kids and men will eat it. This is good but rarely made for obvious reasons. My left arm is going numb.

minute rice, uncooked
chopped broccoli, partially thawed
cream of mushroom soup
How To Make
Melt butter in a large frying pan and saute onion and celery until soft but not browned.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9X13" casserole.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour, uncovered.
