broccoli puff casserole
I was tired of serving the typical broccoli and cheese side dish. Having a creative moment gave me this casserole/side dish. Add chicken or ham and it's a casserole. Using the regular ingredients makes it a fantastic side dish for any dinner. My kids love it and we have it often.

Ingredients
- 1 - bag frozen broccoli, thawed, chopped
- 1 - bag frozen cauliflower thawed, chopped (optional)
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups ham or chicken
- 2 1/2 cups italian, garlic or ceasar croutons
How To Make broccoli puff casserole

Step 1In large bowl whisk eggs, soup, mayo. Stir to blend. Add onion, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, meat and croutons. Mix everything together and pour in sprayed lasagna pan.

Step 2Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Bake uncovered.
