Ingredients
- 2 medium broccoli crowns
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make broccoli parmesan

Step 1Cut broccoli into small pieces and steam until you get a nice bright green color and broccoli is still firm. (Once the water under steamer begins to boil, turn off heat and let broccoli steam for about 5-6 minutes.)

Step 2When broccoli is done, place in a bowl and add other ingredients in this order: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and then cheese; lightly mix.

Step 3NOTE: If you like it cheesy, add more cheese!
