Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 heads broccoli, broke into florets
- 1 cup dry white wine
- zest of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 orange
- salt and pepper
How To Make broccoli in wine and garlic

Step 1In a saute pan, add the olive oil and get it hot. Add the garlic slices and cook until they sizzle. Add the broccoli and wine. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the broccoli has softened but still is a bit crunchy.

Step 2Remove from heat, sprinkle with the zests, and season with salt and pepper.
