Ingredients

  • 3 broccoli heads, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

How To Make broccoli chips

  • Step 1
    Place a large pot of water on the stove and add salt to make it like the ocean. Add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place the broccoli florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet leaving distance between each floret. Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over all the broccoli.
  • Step 3
    Place a sheet of wax paper over the broccoli and cheese. With another baking sheet press down on the wax paper to flatten the broccoli.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 30 minutes until browned. Let cool a bit then enjoy.
