Ingredients
- 3 broccoli heads, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
How To Make broccoli chips

Step 1Place a large pot of water on the stove and add salt to make it like the ocean. Add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli.

Step 2Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place the broccoli florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet leaving distance between each floret. Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over all the broccoli.

Step 3Place a sheet of wax paper over the broccoli and cheese. With another baking sheet press down on the wax paper to flatten the broccoli.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes until browned. Let cool a bit then enjoy.
