It's just not a holiday around here without this dish! Not your healthiest veggie dish, but it is soooo good.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped into spears
  • 2 sm cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (mild/med/sharp, your choice)
  • OPTIONAL:
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken if you wish to make as main dinner dish.

How To Make broccoli chicken divan

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Place broccoli spears in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, mix soup, mayo and lemon juice. Spread as evenly as you can over broccoli then top with cheese.
  • Step 4
    Cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly and broccoli is done. Remove foil and bake longer if you like your cheese a little browned.
  • Step 5
    Enjoy!
