Ingredients
- 2 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 (4oz) cans chopped mushroom (drained)
- 2(6oz) packages garlic and herbs spreadable cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 2 1/2 pounds frozen chopped broccoli (or florets cut in half) partially cooked and drained
- 1 package stuffing mix, herb-seasoned (some crushed)
How To Make broccoli cheese casserole

Step 1Saute' onions in 1/2 cup butter until tender.

Step 2Combine onions,soup,mushrooms, cheese, parsley almonds,salt, pepper, and broccoli, mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 4.5 quart casseroles dish.

Step 3Combine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup melted butter, spoon over broccoli mixture.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
