2 pkgfrozen chopped broccoli (10 oz each)
1 can(s)mushroom soup, condensed
3 Tbsponions, chopped
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
1 cbread crumbs for toasting
1/2 stickbutter or margarine
How to Make Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
- Boil frozen broccoli 5 minutes; drain well. Beat eggs, stir in mayonnaise, soup, onion, cheddar, and broccoli. (Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste if needed.) Pour entire mixture into greased or sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
- For Topping: Melt the 1/2 stick butter in a skillet. Add bread crumbs and stir until golden brown. Spread over baked casserole. So yummy!
