A friend at work gave me this recipe several years ago. Now it's a must-have for every family dinner at my house. The grandkids love it and specially reqest it at Thanksgiving. Thanks Michelle for your mom's recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz each)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup, condensed
- 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bread crumbs for toasting
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
How To Make broccoli-cheese casserole

Step 1Boil frozen broccoli 5 minutes; drain well. Beat eggs, stir in mayonnaise, soup, onion, cheddar, and broccoli. (Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste if needed.) Pour entire mixture into greased or sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 2For Topping: Melt the 1/2 stick butter in a skillet. Add bread crumbs and stir until golden brown. Spread over baked casserole. So yummy!
