- 10 ounces frozen broccoli
- 8 ounces velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 4 ounces jar chopped mushrooms (optional)
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli rice casserole

Step 1Cook Broccoli until tender. Drain and chop. In medium saucepan melt velvetta with the soup. Add broccoli, rice and mushrooms, salt & pepper. Place in buttered 8x8 pan. Bake 375*F until bubbling. About 20 minutes.
