Cook Broccoli until tender. Drain and chop.
In medium saucepan melt velvetta with the soup.
Add broccoli, rice and mushrooms, salt & pepper.
Place in buttered 8x8 pan.
Bake 375*F until bubbling. About 20 minutes.
