Broccoli Rice Casserole

10 ozfrozen broccoli

8 ozvelvetta cheese, cubed

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1-1/2 ccooked white rice

4 ozjar chopped mushrooms (optional)

How to Make Broccoli Rice Casserole
- Cook Broccoli until tender. Drain and chop.
In medium saucepan melt velvetta with the soup.
Add broccoli, rice and mushrooms, salt & pepper.
Place in buttered 8x8 pan.
Bake 375*F until bubbling. About 20 minutes.
