Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, small florets
- 1 pound broccoli, small florets
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup seasoned stuffing, crushed
How To Make broccoli cauliflower bake

Step 1Add 1 inch of water to a Dutch oven, add cauliflower and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 7 minutes or till tender. I use my vegetable steamer and do each vegetable separately.

Step 2Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, chilies, 2 Tbs. butter and the salt and pepper. Drain vegetables and fold gently into the cheese mixture.

Step 3Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Toss stuffing and the remaining butter and sprinkle over the vegetables.

Step 4Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
