  • 1 medium
    head of cauliflower, small florets
  • 1 lb
    broccoli, small florets
  • 1 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted and divided
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 3/4 c
    seasoned stuffing, crushed

How to Make Broccoli Cauliflower Bake


  1. Add 1 inch of water to a Dutch oven, add cauliflower and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 7 minutes or till tender. I use my vegetable steamer and do each vegetable separately.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, chilies, 2 Tbs. butter and the salt and pepper. Drain vegetables and fold gently into the cheese mixture.
  3. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Toss stuffing and the remaining butter and sprinkle over the vegetables.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
