Ingredients

2 stick
butter
2 medium
onions
4 stick
celery
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of milk
16 oz
velveeta cheese
2 tsp
salt
2 -10 oz pkg
defrosted chopped broccoli
2 c
instant rice
2 large can(s)
french fried onions

How to Make Broccoli Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute butter, onions, and celery until clear.
  • 2Add Cream of Mushroom soup and with both cans of milk.
  • 3Add Cheese and salt.
  • 4Add defrosted broccoli and rice.
  • 5Simmer until cheese melts.
  • 6Add rice and 1 can french fried onions.
  • 7Pour into large buttered baking dish.
  • 8Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 9Put the other can of french fried onions on top.
  • 10Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Delicious.
