This is a family favorite in my house for all major holiday gatherings! It's also great for church picnics or Potluck dinners as a side dish! It's super easy and delicious!! Hope your family loves it as much as mine does!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces bag of frozen broccoli florets
- 1 medium chopped white onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom, cheddar, or broccoli soup
- 1 stick salted butter melted
- 1 cup half and half or evaporated milk
- 1 cup instant rice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 - block of velveeta cheese (cubed)
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine. Pour mixture into a well greased 9x13 glass casserole dish and spread out evenly. Bake at 350 for a total of 45 mins. Stir the casserole at 15 minute intervals to incorporate the cheese as it melts! You should be stirring it twice and the last 15 mins. will allow the casserole to get browned and bubbly! After baking allow casserole to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving...this will help the casserole thicken up. Serve hot...and enjoy!
