Add to Grocery List

  • 16 oz
    bag of frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 medium
    chopped white onion
  • 1 can(s)
cream of mushroom, cheddar, or broccoli soup
  • 1 stick
    salted butter melted
  • 1 c
half and half or evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    instant rice
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/3
    block of velveeta cheese (cubed)

How to Make Broccoli Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine. Pour mixture into a well greased 9x13 glass casserole dish and spread out evenly. Bake at 350 for a total of 45 mins. Stir the casserole at 15 minute intervals to incorporate the cheese as it melts! You should be stirring it twice and the last 15 mins. will allow the casserole to get browned and bubbly! After baking allow casserole to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving...this will help the casserole thicken up. Serve hot...and enjoy!
