An old recipe my Aunt Toots gave me when I married in 1984 that has been loved by many. It is so good.

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    chopped frozen broccoli
  • 2
    eggs-slightly beaten
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    grated sharp cheddar sheese
  • 1 medium
    onion-chopped
  • 1
    sleeve buttery flavored crackers (i use ritz)
  • 1/4 stick
    butter or margarine-melted
  • ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***

How to Make Broccoli Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions. Drain excess water. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except crackers and butter). Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.
  2. Crush the sleeve of crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees..
