Ingredients
- 2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
- 2 - eggs-slightly beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar sheese
- 1 medium onion-chopped
- 1 - sleeve buttery flavored crackers (i use ritz)
- 1/4 stick butter or margarine-melted
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions. Drain excess water. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except crackers and butter). Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.

Step 2Crush the sleeve of crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees..
