An old recipe my Aunt Toots gave me when I married in 1984 that has been loved by many. It is so good.

Ingredients For broccoli casserole

2 boxchopped frozen broccoli
-
2eggs-slightly beaten
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cmayonnaise

1 cgrated sharp cheddar sheese

1 mdonion-chopped
-
1sleeve buttery flavored crackers (i use ritz)

1/4 stickbutter or margarine-melted
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make broccoli casserole

1Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions. Drain excess water. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except crackers and butter). Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.

2Crush the sleeve of crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees..
