Ingredients

  • 1 box
    frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can(s)
    milk
  • 1 lb
    velvetta cheese, chopped
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c
    cooked rice

How to Make Broccoli and Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Saute onion in butter. Add soup, milk and cheese mix well. Simmer for several minutes stirring constantly. Combine broccoli,sauce and rice. Pour in baking dish. Bake 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
