broccoli and rice casserole

My daughter made this recipe when her mother-in-law came for dinner and she liked it so well that it is now her favorite recipe too. It can be made ahead of time and baked when needed.

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz packages chopped broccoli
- 1 stick butter or margarine, cut into 1" pieces
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup cheez-whiz
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
How To Make broccoli and rice casserole

Step 1Cook broccoli in a microwave for about 4 min. and drain

Step 2Put margarine, onion and celery in microwave dish and cook until soft.

Step 3Mix cheez-whiz and soup together until blended.

Step 4Mix cooked rice and all other ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees
