Ingredients For broccoli and rice casserole

  • 1 md
    onion
  • 2 pkg
    frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c
    grated cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    special k (small package)

How To Make broccoli and rice casserole

  • 1
    Chop the onion and cook with the broccoli until both arte tender. Drain. Mix broccoli, rice, soup and cheese. Season to taste. Put in casserole. Melt the butter and mix with the Special K. Put on top of the casserole and heat in oven until bubbly. (At 350 about 30 minutes)
