Ingredients
- 1 med - onion (diced)
- 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup prepared minute rice
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
- 1 lg jar cheeze whiz
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make broccoli and rice casserole

Step 1In large skillet saute onion in butter, til soft and tanslucent.

Step 2add thawed broccoli and continue sauting til broccoli is cooked.

Step 3now add can of soup and mix well, continue cooking for 30 minutes.

Step 4now add prepared minute rice and mix well..

Step 5Pour mixture into a casserole dish and top with cheeze whiz in dollops across the casserole and place in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes..til cheeze is bubbly and slightly browned around the edges..

Step 6Remove from oven and serve warm...
