My Daughter-in-law got this recipe from one of her family members. It's always easy to make and so delicious to eat.

Ingredients

  • ·
    1 ( 10 oz) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • ·
    1 ( 14 oz) can of creamed corn
  • ·
    1 egg, slightly beaten
  • ·
    3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • ·
    4 tbsp. melted butter
  • ·
    1/4 cup chopped onion
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • ·
    1 1/2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix

How to Make Broccoli and Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine broccoli, corn, egg, cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. butter, onions and pepper. Place in baking dish. Mix stuffing mix and 2 Tbsp. butter. Spread over casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot.
