1Preheat oven to 350 cut up broccoli and cauliflower, steam for a few minutes (you still want a bite to them)
2spray a baking dish or grease with butter, add the cauliflower and broccoli, pour can of cream of broccoli soup and a can of water, top with cheese
3crush up crackers add to a small bowl then add melted butter to crushed up crackers. mix together.
Add mixture to the top of dish. Bake about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Enjoy, you could add cut up cooked chicken and have a one dish meal
