- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 ounces brie white casing removed and chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
How To Make brie glazed garlic mushrooms

Step 1Place the butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender and released their moisture. About 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the garlic and cook 1 minutes. Add the broth and brie and cook until brie is melted. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
