How to Make Braised Radishes
- 1Wash radishes, slice and cook in water to cover for 10 minutes. Drain.
- 2Lower heat to medium, add butter and cook for 5 minutes.
- 3Add salt and cream, keeping heat on a fast simmer, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
