How to Make Braised Cabbage

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet heat butter until foamy.
  2. Add chives and saute until tender.
  3. Add green cabbage and carrots.
  4. Saute over high heat until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
