Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 3 slices bacon, cut into bits
  • 1/4 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth

How To Make braised brussels sprouts

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon in skillet until it starts to brown. Add onion and finish browning bacon.
  • Step 2
    Add Brussels sprouts and cook until they start to brown. Add broth and turn heat down. Cover skillet and simmer until sprouts are tender.
