Braised Brussels Sprouts

This is the only way I will eat
Brussels sprouts

1 pkg
fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts, cut in half
3 slice
bacon, cut into bits
1/4 small
onion, diced
1 c
beef or chicken broth


1Cook bacon in skillet until it starts to brown. Add onion and finish browning bacon.
2Add Brussels sprouts and cook until they start to brown. Add broth and turn heat down. Cover skillet and simmer until sprouts are tender.
