1 1/2 lbBrussels sprouts

2 cheavy cream

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 cshredded white cheddar cheese

1 smlemon, juiced

How To Make braised brussels sprouts with cream, lemon, and cheese

1Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts. Grate in a food processor until it looks like coleslaw.

2Place the heavy cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until it's reduced by half.

3Stir in the Brussels sprouts and garlic cook about 6 minutes.

4Stir in the cheese and let it melt, then stir in the lemon juice. Taste and season with salt and white pepper.
