Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 0 - salt and white pepper
How To Make braised brussels sprouts with cream, lemon, and cheese

Step 1Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts. Grate in a food processor until it looks like coleslaw.

Step 2Place the heavy cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until it's reduced by half.

Step 3Stir in the Brussels sprouts and garlic cook about 6 minutes.

Step 4Stir in the cheese and let it melt, then stir in the lemon juice. Taste and season with salt and white pepper.
