I like to use bbq sauce in place of the ketchup - gives this one a nice punch.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 small
    onions, diced
  • 24 oz
    corn, drained
  • 3 slice
    bacon

How to Make Boston Baked Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine mustard, salt, brown sugar and ketchup.
  3. Add onion and corn, mix well.
  4. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  5. Top with bacon.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
