- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- scallions for garnish
- sesame oil for garnish
How To Make boiled daikon radish

Step 1Place the chicken stock, ginger slice, oyster sauce, garlic, sugar, and white pepper in a pan and bring to a boil.

Step 2Add the daikon radish and cook until fork tender about 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with sesame oil and scallions
