Ingredients
- SPECIAL SAUCE
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy style horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon hot wing sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- ONION RINGS
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 1 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 - eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 3 - sweet onions
How To Make bloomin' onion rings

Step 1Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and chill for several hours. Uncover and stir occasionally

Step 2Slice onion 3/4 inch thick and separate into rings. Soak in water for 5 minutes.

Step 3Heat oil to 350 F. Combine flour and all of the spices. Whisk eggs and milk.

Step 4Shake excess water off onion slices. Dredge in flour, Submerge in milk and water, and dredge in flour again.

Step 5Fry until deep golden brown. Serve with sauce.
