mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp
creamy style horseradish
1/2 tsp
hot wing sauce
1 1/4 tsp
paprika
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/8 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
1 pinch
white pepper
1 pinch
cayenne
1 pinch
cumin
1 pinch
dried oregano

ONION RINGS

2 c
flour
4 tsp
salt
4 Tbsp
paprika
2 tsp
cayenne
1 1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
cumin
1/2 tsp
white pepper
4
eggs
1 qt
milk
3
sweet onions

How to Make Bloomin' Onion Rings

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and chill for several hours. Uncover and stir occasionally
  • 2Slice onion 3/4 inch thick and separate into rings. Soak in water for 5 minutes.
  • 3Heat oil to 350 F. Combine flour and all of the spices. Whisk eggs and milk.
  • 4Shake excess water off onion slices. Dredge in flour, Submerge in milk and water, and dredge in flour again.
  • 5Fry until deep golden brown. Serve with sauce.
